Building a new AI use-case is a scoped project, quoted per case (and subsidy-eligible). The monthly fee keeps your deployed AI running, improving, and supported. So it never becomes open-ended outsourcing.
How pricing works
“Build” and “run” are different costs.
AI adoption has two kinds of cost. Keeping them separate is what lets us hold both a fair price and real quality.

About BUILD
Building & implementing each AI use-case is a separate “BUILD project”, quoted by scope. The monthly subscription is for operating, improving and supporting the use-cases already built.

About subsidies
During the diagnosis, we use AI to map the government support your firm may qualify for — turning AI adoption from a “cost” into a “government-subsidized investment”.

Subsidies may change, close, or be rejected depending on budget, public-call status and review. Rates, caps and requirements change with policy revisions.
